Down Syndrome affects thousands of fetuses every year.

More than 1% of babies conceived in the United States have Down Syndrome—and yet due to the staggering abortion rate, it affects only 1 in 700 babies born. It's not difficult to understand why 92% of women choose to terminate their pregnancies following a Down Syndrome diagnosis: Down Syndrome comes with a range of symptoms, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, early-onset Alzheimer's Disease, strokes, and impaired motor skills. And up until now, there has been no cure.

But it's not all bad.

Nearly 99% of people with Down Syndrome are happy with their lives. 97% like who they are, and 96% like how they look. This makes people with Down Syndrome 3x happier and 5x more satisfied with their appearance than their able-bodied, neurotypical peers. How does one treat a disease that creates so much bad and good simultaneously?

We're creating an option to eliminate the health risks of babies with Down Syndrome.

Our signature treatment uses the baby's own stem cells and minimally invasive fetal surgery to prevent the neurological complication of Down Syndrome. Parents will no longer have to decide between terminating their pregnancies and subjecting their children to a lifetime of challenges and health complications.
